Yoga Jo’s, Milngavie
Yoga Jo’s is a dedicated yoga studio, yoga therapy centre and Yoga Teacher Training School situated in Milngavie just outside Glasgow. We run in person yoga classes for all abilities as well as one-to-one yoga therapy sessions.
We are also a Yoga Alliance Professionals approved Yoga Teacher Training School running in person teacher trainings. We have a 200 hour foundational Yoga Teacher Training course enabling you to become a Yoga Teacher as well as a 300 hour advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course focusing on yoga as therapy for those who are already 200 hour teachers who wish to upgrade their skills and study to be a 500 hour teacher. We also run a 50 hour yin teacher training course for qualified teachers.
We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly, growing yoga community. All of our teachers are highly qualified and continue to pursue the development of their yoga practice with ongoing study and daily practice. Yoga is their way of life. Come and let them guide you to a healthier body and mind with this ancient practice. You wont regret it!

Doing 1 class a week is great but if you really want to transform we recommend you do 2 or more classes a week. If you're up to the challenge then becoming a member is the cheapest way to practice with us.
