Our physical space is still closed

All our classes are currently running online as we are unable to open the studio space due to the pandemic.  If you have never practised yoga before I'm afraid for safety reasons we recommend you don't start practice online but we look forward to welcoming you to one of our beginners courses when we are allowed to open again.  If you are an experienced yogi and  haven't practiced with us before but would like to, then email jo at jolockhart.yoga@gmail.com and she will send you a health check form to allow you to practice online with us.  Jo continues to be able to work one to one from the physical space with yoga therapy clients with all government Covid safety guidelines in place.  If you are struggling with your mental or physical health and would like support go to our Yoga Therapy page for more details.

Nb. If you are arriving by car, please note that the Yoga Jo’s car park can only be entered if you are approaching from the North ie.coming past the train station and Tesco.The entrance is on the left hand side just before the traffic lights.
