Mysore astanga practice is also suitable for beginners and is one of the best ways to practice yoga. This is a set series of postures which you practice in your own time. The teacher teaches you the practice at your own pace with variations for your own body. We highly recommend this style of practice if you want to take up yoga seriously. Please take the 6 week course first.
